State offers survey to people interested in recreational marijuana business licenses

Interested in applying for a state license for a recreational marijuana business?

The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs would like to hear from you — through a brief survey available online.

According to LARA, the survey is designed to help the BMR plan for adequate staffing by knowing the number of potential applicants for certain recreational or adult-use marijuana licenses, which must be processed within a 90-day statutory time-frame.

The BMR requests that the surveys are completed by April 30.
