Whole Hemp LLC, which does business as Folium Biosciences, turned Juanita Ramos’ most explosive allegation back on her Thursday in counterclaims to her shareholder derivative suit in Colorado federal court, claiming she was captured in recordings referring to the supposed murder plot.
