(Bloomberg) — What’s an essential business during the San Francisco Bay Area’s government-ordered “shelter in place” mandate?
Cannabis.
After some confusion over if dispensaries would have to close in the shutdowns to fight the spread of the coronavirus, the San Francisco Department of Public Health on Tuesday classified them as providing essential medicine.
