Naperville calls special meeting to consider ordinance to tax recreational marijuana sales

With national and local governments advising people to not gather in large groups, and with seniors a particularly vulnerable population, some residents did not have an opportunity to weigh-in on the issue, Naperville City Councilman Kevin Coyne said. He suspects seniors, in particular, generally do not favor allowing marijuana sales, he said.
