Law360 (March 22, 2020, 3:10 PM EDT) — Dodaro Matta & Cambest PC accidentally revealed that the president of a group of affiliated cannabis oil companies may have committed fraud while explaining in an improperly redacted filing on Friday why it shouldn’t be disqualified from representing the companies in an employment dispute.
Ostensibly, Dodaro Matta & Cambest was making the argument that it had alerted Deborah Gestner, president of a family of cannabis oil products companies, on January 17 that it had a conflict of interest and couldn’t represent her in a case brought by the companies’ former corporate counsel over back pay, health care and other lost compensation…
