Niles looks to expand where recreational marijuana businesses may operate

Other existing restrictions within the village’s zoning ordinance, such as prohibitions against marijuana businesses operating within 1,000 feet of a school or within 500 feet of a religious institution, park or playground, will not change, according to the village.
