Too many cannabis stores in Adrian

I have recently heard that the City of Adrian Commission will be having a hearing regarding the mental health of Adrian. I have lived here since moving from the South in 2008. Slowly but surely I have seen drugs come from the inner city to corrupt and manipulate the minds of the young people, as well as the middle aged.

But since the commission has passed laws to let marijuana stores flood Adrian, the inner city dealers and the stores are competing for those who want to get a more lethal high. Believe me, NOBODY is monitoring how these drugs are manufactured. Weed manufacturing can create terrible smells.

I’ve seen dealers on my street sell fentanyl and weed for five years before the cops made a bust. People move to Adrian to raise a family in a quiet, laid-back town. As of now, this place has become a drug distribution city. Those who say recreational marijuana is safe and has no short-term effects on the mental state of a person have NO CLUE. Marijuana in any form is the purest gateway drug known. The chemicals it produces causes those taking it to become addicted, then to go on to harder drugs.

The mental state of these users is so unstable because of their inability to be coherent in times that they need to be. Does the city council really want to know what kind of mental state the communities are in? I believe it is absolutely hypocritical to conduct such inquiries because they voted in laws to place drug shops on almost every corner in Adrian.

There are many other ways to produce a constant cash flow for the city budget than allowing weed to be the cash cow. I went to see my mother in Texas a few years back. The city she lives in is about the same size as Adrian. They have tap water that tastes great, no potholes or cracked-up roads, and absolutely stunning parks and facilities, without WEED STORES!

Believe me when I say it is embarrassing when relatives and friends come to visit. I have to explain what kind of store it is when driving by. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Here is the mental state from the person writing this: FRUSTRATED. I would have never come here back in 2008 had I known this city would become a place that would put Scarface out of business.
