RUSSELL — Town officials are hiring their own expert to look over the studies and reports required of the proposed cannabis cultivator on Homestead Avenue, and the business owner may need some of his help completing the application.
Jessica Finkle told the Russell Planning Board on April 11 that several of the documents required to accompany her site plan submission don’t apply to her business, or are proving impossible to assemble.
For example, she said, she doesn’t expect to draw enough water to require a permit for her well, which is on farmland.
