The law permitting the recreational use of marijuana mandated the creation of a Workplace Impairment Recognition Expert or WIRE to help businesses keep a drug-free workplace. Currently, the Police Training Commission is charged with developing a curriculum for those WIREs but a Seton Hall professor says that work should be done by others.
