The Davis County Sheriff’s department arrested Michael Wayne McClure, 71, of Eldon on Sept. 22, following an investigation into several illegal marijuana manufacturing sites in northeast Davis County earlier in the month.
Sheriff Dave Davis said McClure was charged with three counts of manufacturing marijuana, 25 counts of failure to affix drug tax stamps (a Class D felony) and three counts of trespassing (a simple misdemeanor).
