New cannabis dispensary opening November in downtown Sacramento

Downtown Sacramento could see a new business emerge as the Cannabis Opportunity Reinvestment and Equity Program granted licenses to those who graduated as an effort to combat barriers in the industry. The cannabis dispensary called “Toasty” is planning to be on C Street. The new store will sell cannabis products and some exclusive merchandise. The dispensary is set to open in November.
