Germany partially legalises marijuana, allowing personal use, home cultivation for citizens; no plans for weed tourism

From today, it is legal for German citizens to possess up to 25 grams of dried cannabis and to grow three plants. Smoking the drug will still be illegal near schools, kindergartens and in other areas.
