Cannabis shop owner accuses police of dawdling on $389,000 marijuana theft arrest

The co-owner of a state-licensed cannabis shop has accused Blasdell Police of “dragging their feet” in an investigation into the Feb. 23 theft of $389,000 in marijuana products from the business.
