Judge orders fired cannabis commission chair Shannon O’Brien to be reinstated

A judge on Tuesday ruled that Shannon O’Brien, the former chair of the state’s Cannabis Control Commission, was wrongly terminated and is “entitled” to be reinstated to her post with back pay.
