Recreational cannabis now sold at non-tribal dispensaries in Twin Cities

After years of waiting, Twin Cities residents can now buy recreational cannabis in the metro area. RISE Dispensaries opened seven stores Wednesday, including in Brooklyn Park, New Hope and Eagan.
