The letter continues to say that Meijer objects to the proposed marijuana dispensary because it “does not promote the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare of the surrounding neighborhood, is inconsistent with the desirable trend of development in the general area of the property and the existing land uses, existing zoning classifications, and essential character of the general area.”
